VMBhits is an online facility for testing the insurance knowledge and assessing the skills necessary to perform in a modern insurance environment. By using VMBhits to test your prospective and current employees, you can save time and -- most importantly -- the expense of making a wrong hire.
The service is named Hiring in Insurance Testing Service (HITS) and has been developed by Virginia Bates of VMB Associates. We deliver a simple solution for administering these tests. Scoring and delivery of the results are straightforward and easy-to-use. The primary goal of VMBhits is to provide you with an objective assessment of your applicants' insurance knowledge to help you make informed hiring decisions. VMBhits also can be used for testing current employees when considering promotions and determining the subjects in which an employee requires further training.

The ProfileXT® is a multi-purpose,“Total Person” employee assessment that measures how well an individual fits specific jobs in your organization and the results can be used during the pre-employment, training or succession planning stages.
